Rafaela is an undergraduate law student at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), with expected graduation in December 2026. Her experience covers the areas of dispute resolution and arbitration, with a focus on civil litigation, as well as prior experience in Labor Law.

She assists attorneys with complex doctrinal and case law research to support strategic decision-making, and with the drafting of legal opinions and procedural documents. She is proficient in handling legal matters in both Portuguese and English, as a result of her international academic background at the University of Missouri, which enables her to work confidently on both domestic and international cases.

In 2024, Rafaela joined the study group on the Penal Reduction System, coordinated by Professor Gustavo Junqueira, aimed at in-depth academic and critical analysis of the criminal justice system.
