With over seven years of experience in dispute resolution, he represents clients in litigation and domestic and international arbitration across industries such as entertainment, hospitality, construction, energy, technology, pharmaceuticals, and veterinary health. He has acted before Brazilian courts and participated in arbitration proceedings under institutional rules. His experience includes handling complex commercial disputes, advising on case strategy, and representing clients in high-stakes matters, often involving cross-border elements.

Giovanni is a member of NewGen (CAM-CCBC) and INOVARB (CAM-AMCHAM), engaging in professional arbitration networks and discussions on best practices in dispute resolution. He regularly works with both Brazilian and foreign law, assisting clients in navigating legal and regulatory challenges. Proficient in Portuguese and English, he is experienced in communicating and advising in both languages within arbitration and litigation contexts.
